Bullseye is likely a Quarter Horse gelding. He is roughly 20 years old. He bosses Sonny when it’s just the two of them, but is low ranking when he’s with the herd. We’ve seen how he is very level headed and smart on how he moves through the herd. He is stubborn but also steady. Bullseye loves being around people, trying new treats, and being brushed.

Sonny is a Tennessee Walking Horse gelding. He is about 18 years old. He is one of the most extreme cases of neglect and malnutrition we've seen at Breezy Meadow. Now that he is back to a healthy weight his personality has come out. He is more laid back with Bullseye but with the herd is more assertive. Sonny is opinionated, bossy and loves treats and attention.
Bullseye and Sonny both came malnourished and neglected from the Cobb County Animal Services. It took 8 months to get them to their goal weight and back to being horses, as opposed to being in survival mode. We believe they have been ridden in the past but not for at least 5 years. We are working on getting their ground manners back. They both are up to date on vaccines, negative coggins, seen by equine dental in the last 6 months, and seen by a farrier every 7 weeks. Ideally we would like them adopted together, but for the right home are wiling to make an exception. This adoption has to be signed off by the rescue and Cobb County Animal Services.
